Application Process
1. Upon the prospective parent coming to school, the admission office will provide the school requirements form and bank slip for payment of a non refundable admission fee of UGX, 50,000/ (Fifty Thousand Ugandan Shillings only).
2. Assessment/Interviews: After payment of admission fee, Applicants may be required to sit for an entrance test and/or interview to determine appropriate class placement.
3. Obtain Biodata Forms: After passing the interviews/assessment, parent/guardian will collect the Bio Data forms directly from the Head of Admissions at the school.
a) The parent/Guardian will be required to fill up the biodata form and attach the following to the completed application form:
o A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
o Two recent passport-sized photographs for the child and 1 from each parent.
o A copy of the School Leaving Certificate from the previous institution.
o Copies of recent progress report cards from the last class attended.
b) Make payment of all the fees including school fees, Transport (if using van) and Co-curricular (Chess, swimming, Fashion & Design, Piano, and Soccer) to the bank. Note: All payments are made in the BANK except the fees for Uniform.
4. Transfer Students/Mid term Admissions: Those transferring mid-course need to provide the necessary information and may undergo assessments. A recommendation of good conduct and a leaving certificate from the previous school are MANDATORY.
Post-Admission Requirements: These documents will be attached to the bio-data form to be
signed by the parents.
Obligations Form: Parents/guardians must sign this form, which covers fee payment, student withdrawal, absence policies, and promotion conditions.
School Regulations Form: Both the student an parent/guardian sign this document, outlining expected student conduct.
Computer User Policy: This addresses the use of computers, software, and the internet at school and requires signatures from both the student and parent/guardian.
Please note that the parent/guardian’s physical presence is required when accepting the admission offer.
Our Class Size and Student Teacher Ratio:
Primary School: Maximum of 30 students per class.
Overall Student Teacher Ratio: Approximately 11:1, allowing for effective monitoring of each student’s progress.
